RESERVATION POLICY

A deposit is required to validate the reservation, which is equal to 30% of the total price of your stay and cannot be less than one night’s rent.

All payments are made exclusively in euros.

In case of booking by email or phone, you must, within 1 working day, deposit the amount of the advance payment to the bank account of IRIS Suites that we will indicate to you. In your deposit you should state your full name and the length of your stay.

Any bank transfer or currency conversion costs are solely your responsibility.

From 1/1/2018 according to Law 4514/2018, in addition to the room price, the accommodation tax is imposed. The tax amounts to €0.50 per night, is borne by the renter of the room and is included in the reservation.

CANCELATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason.

If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

If the cancellation is made after 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation during the stay, you are required to pay compensation equal to 50% of the cost for the remaining period of the reservation.

ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

During your stay at IRIS Suites you have the right to use the house, the parking space, the terrace and the shared outdoor areas.

On the day of your arrival, the house is given to you from 14:00 onwards, unless otherwise agreed.

On the day of your departure, you must leave the house before 12:00. The day of departure is not charged.

In case of staying at home on the day of departure after 12:00 and until 18:00, it is necessary to inform the manager. After you are allowed to stay at the site, you will be charged equal to 50% of the price of the overnight stay.

The property reserves the right to cancel your reservation if valid credit card information is not provided.

In case of stay after 18:00, you are charged for the whole night.

Renters are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the room (beyond normal wear and tear), either by their willful or involuntary action, or through negligence.

Each tenant is responsible throughout their stay for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, valuables, money, etc. In any case, the accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage to them.

By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge of the reservation and cancellation policy of the accommodation.

IRIS Suites reserves the right to charge renters the replacement cost of any item removed without consent from the room.

You must comply with the common quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).

No more people than the pre-agreed number per house are allowed to stay overnight.

There is the possibility of accommodating a child aged 0-3 years, and if requested, we can provide you with an additional cot, free of charge.

Subletting is not allowed.

Public peace hours: 15:00 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00.

SPRING CLEANING

Spring cleaning is done upon request.
